As an artist using Kooch to submit your works, you affirm that:

• All submissions are your original work.

• You own the copyright to all submitted works (whether photography, cinematic work, essays, or other media) or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload them.

• You are fully responsible for the content of your submissions, and Kooch is not liable for any issues related to copyright infringements, plagiarism, or violations of third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

Kooch does not claim ownership over any content uploaded by artists. The artist retains full ownership of their work. However, by uploading your work to Kooch, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your portfolio for the purpose of showcasing it on the platform.

5. Copyright and Liability

Kooch is a hosting platform and does not monitor or verify the originality or ownership of the content submitted by users. Kooch is not liable for any copyright infringements or disputes that may arise. The artist is solely responsible for ensuring their work does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Monetization

Kooch does not monetize the content submitted to the platform. All portfolios and works are displayed for the purpose of showcasing artists’ abilities and works.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Türkiye.
